The cost of a tattoo at Fates Tattoo depends on the size, complexity, and placement of the design. We offer competitive pricing and our artists will work with you to create a design that fits your budget.

Bring  a valid government-issued photo ID, wear comfortable, loose clothing that allows easy access to the area being tattooed. Definitely bring snacks ( ex. Fruit , candy for blood sugar ) a big ole water bottle (HYDRATION is so important) , and something to occupy you ( ex. Book, tablet , headphones , phone charger etc.) 

Yes, we require a deposit to secure your appointment time. The amount of the deposit will depend on the size and complexity of your tattoo or Artist  and will be applied towards the cost of the service.

DEPOSIT ARE NON REFUNDABLE ( NO EXCEPTIONS) 

Parking down garden street is free ( just make sure to look for the spaces that have a white border ) 

Parking  behind our building is for EMPLOYEES ONLY 

This varies by artist but typically your artist will show you the design the day of your appointment and schedule you with enough time that if small changes need to be made they can be. We do recommend coming in for a consultation with your desired artist before your appointment to talk about all the details and placement you’re wanting for your tattoo so that designs are to your specifications day of. 

You can book an appointment at Fates Tattoo by going to the booking section of this website and clicking on the picture of your desired artist. It will then redirect you to their desired form of booking ( ex. their instagram , website , email etc.) 

 Or if you have a tattoo idea  and you don’t have a desired artist, you can fill out the request form on the website and put NA where it ask for desired artist. We will reach back out to you in 24-48 hours with help from there! 

You must be at least 18 years old or older to get tattooed at our studio! 

We don’t tattoo anyone under the age of 18. 

We kindly request that children refrain from entering our tattoo shop. This policy helps maintain a focused and professional environment for our clients and artists. Thank you for your understanding.

Yes you can, but we ask that you limit it to one out of respect for our artists space! ( Unless they are also getting tattooed ) 

This answer varies by artist. So definitely consult your artist first! 

Our shop minimum is $100 , but each artist does charge differently. Some charge hourly while others flat rate BUT every artist in our shop does work around your budget . So make sure to consult your artist. 

Yes, we do offer walk-in appointments for smaller tattoos (subject to availability). However, we highly recommend booking an appointment in advance to ensure that we can accommodate your request at a time that works for you.

Getting a tattoo can be uncomfortable, but the level of pain varies depending on the individual and the location of the tattoo. Our artists use techniques to minimize discomfort, and we can provide guidance on how to care for your tattoo after the appointment to minimize any pain or discomfort.

DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. If you need to cancel/ reschedule for any reason, we ask that you do so 48 hours before your scheduled appointment that way your artist can honor your deposit and move you to a different date. If you do not reschedule within the 48 hour time( unless due to an emergency)  You forfeit your deposit and in order to book again, will have to pay a new one.

That depends on how you take care of your tattoo but typically the surface area of the tattoo takes- 2 weeks and internal part of the tattoo heals in 4-6 Weeks . 

You can go back to the gym the next day ( we recommend waiting a few days) . But if you do need to go back the next day it will require more cleaning ( clean your tattoo with warm water and non-scented antibacterial soap and Pat dry with paper towel) 

 If you have Tegaderm on, we recommend waiting a few hours to let the Tegaderm acclimate. 

YES! every time any artist tattoos you you must bring in a state ID, military ID, passports , and or other government stated IDs . 

We recommend looking through our artist portfolios to see who fits the style you’re envisioning. Or coming in for a consultation during business hours and talking to our artist. We pride ourselves on giving the best most comfortable experience so we feel it’s important that you also vibe with your artist!  

No drinking ( alcohol) 24 hours before your appointment 

We recommend applying lotion daily to desired tattoo area two weeks before your appointment 

Eat a substantial meal before you’re appointment ( YOU WANT CARBS) 

No caffeine or pre work out  products at least 12 hours before you’re appointment 

WATER ( HYDRATION IS KEY ) 

Don‘t pre shave before your appointment 

Take shower before you’re appointment 

Wear deodorant unless getting inner arm tattoo
